Phaeng Mai College:
2 YEAR DEGREE PROGRAM IN TEXTILE ARTS AND MANAGEMENT 
In 1990, Phaeng Mai Gallery opened its handloom weaving facilities to train the people of laos and others in the intriciate skills and techniques require to produce Lao textiles.  Each course is adapted to suit weaving experience and we have girls from all over the country that we have selected for their high motivation and commitment to continue the ancient tradition of Lao weaving. We opened a weaving business school in 2009 which offers a 2 year certificate program in textile arts and management.

SHORT COURSES
We offer a variety of courses at several levels. 
The fee for each class is $30.00/day plus material.
Discounts are available if you choose more than
one class and groups.  It is possible to join most
classes in 1 or 2 days for a brief experiences.
Classes will begin almost every week between
November and March.
