For all customers, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to issue a return shipping label free of charge. To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your artwork using our Contact Page. Be sure to include your order number and the reason you are returning your artwork to us. Our customer service department will contact you via email within 2-4 business days of receiving your request.
All orders placed before 11:30 AM Lao Time on business days are normally processed and shipped the same day from Laos, with exception of Lao. public holidays and weekends.
Asian Shipping: Silk and cotton textiles are delivered to customers within 1-5 business days via DHL.
Europe and US-Shipping: Silk and cotton textiles are delivered within 5-9 business days via DHL.
Return Policy
Within 8 days of receiving your artwork, you may request to return it in its original condition and packaging for a refund. Please initiate a return using our Contact Page and include your order number and the reason you are returning your artwork to us. Please note that all returns must be first authorized by the Art of Silk Customer Support team. Returns must be sent to Art of Silk within 8 days from when receiving return authorization and the original sales invoice must be included in the return package. Art of Silk is not responsible for missing packages; shipping artwork via a traceable method is recommended. Silk and cotton textiles that have been altered or damaged will not be accepted. A refund will be issued for 100% of the purchase price, less shipping charges for the original orders. For international orders, refunds will not include any customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on shipments. Returns are processed within 2-4 weeks of receipt of the returned silk and cotton textiles.
